Questa latifoglia spogliante dal lento accrescimento presenta<\/p><p>una chioma ovoidale, ampia ed espansa, con rami ricadenti. Il fusto e&#8217; di solito cespitoso, ramificato fin dalla base, con la corteccia dei rami color<\/p><p>rosso corallo. Le foglie caduche, a differenza della specie tipo, sono finissime e strette, composte da 5-9 lobi profondamente incisi, lunghi e<\/p><p>stretti a margine finemente dentellato. Esse sono di colore rosso-bronzo o rosso viola in primavera ed in autunno diventano color arancio o<\/p><p>giallo vivo. I fiori in infiorescenze (corimbi) insignificanti di color viola-ruggine appaiono nella tarda primavera (maggio-giugno). Il vaso ideale deve essere di pochi cm<\/p><p>pi\u00f9 grande del precedente.
